About Us
Jimmy and Angela Powers are the founders and global leaders of Powers World Ministries and Family Life Church. With a deep love for God and a genuine heart for people, they have dedicated their lives to sharing the message of Jesus and helping others grow strong in faith.
For more than 20 years, Jimmy and Angela have traveled throughout the United States and around the world, preaching and teaching the uncompromised Word of God. Through ministry meetings, Bible training, books, media, leadership development, and outreach, their desire is to use every opportunity God gives them to reach people, strengthen families, equip believers, and build the local church.
At the heart of their ministry is a simple passion: to see people transformed by the Word of God, discover who they are in Christ, and learn how to live by faith in every area of life.
Jimmy and Angela are also passionate about family. They are the proud parents of four sons and are grateful for the growing family God has blessed them with through their daughters-in-law and grandchildren. For them, ministry begins at home, and family remains at the heart of everything they do.

Our mission is based on Jesus’ Great Commission, which we can sum up in three words––Reach, Teach, and Disciple. We are your missionaries, reaching out to our city, our nation, and the world with the good news of salvation by faith through Jesus. We teach biblical truths people can apply to their lives so they can live the good life Jesus promises. We disciple people, living life alongside them and showing them how to become mature believers.
